cinnamon almond bars



I've been making these all week and they've been a big hit. The coconut oil makes them so buttery and smooth but healthier. A quick and tasty bar that's filling and slightly sweet. The name just about gives away all the ingredients, it's that simple.

You'll need:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp creamy almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork, you'll need it to mash up the coconut oil if it's at room temperature, I prefer not to warm it up for thicker consistency.
Put the mixture in a small, deep dish lined with parchment paper. Set in freezer to set up for 10-15 minutes, remove and cut into squares pieces.
