serpentine summer houses by Barkow Leibinger

London's hollow brick Serpentine Pavilion designed by Bjarke Ingels is accompanied by a looping Summer house designed by American/German architectural practice, Barkow Leibinger.

What began as curving ribbons of paper has resulted in scale somewhere "between furniture and a very small building," Barkow explains.
The finished work allows you to view the structure from different angles, resulting in a multitude of unique perspectives.
