easter brunch with DLK



I'm happy to share that I am working with webshop Design Life Kids on a blog/phot series over the next few weeks.
This week is a simple brunch idea you can use to make up for yourself or your family using simple ingredients and DLK's line of ILA products, in this case the black lava salt.
A salt like this does not need a complicated dish because the flavor and texture are best enjoyed without with very little accompaniment.
I've always loved poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, I could probably pour this buttery, eggy sauce all over everything but rather than go the traditional Eggs Benedict route with ham and muffin I chose a greener accompaniment.

With Easter so close (how did that happen?) this would be a great breakfast/brunch/lunch to serve the family. My kids would like this better on a muffin though with some fruit on the side and would probably want to sprinkle on their own salt. ;)
