I've been keeping a bit of a secret from you. For the last year my husband & I have been planning a trip to Sweden and Denmark. Now, with our trip only a little over a week away I thought I'd share a bit about out trip, any useful bit of information I've learned and a few things I'm planning to pack.
I'm breaking this up in 2 parts so look for the second part of this next week.

To start, I'm bringing this great travel bag from Yvonne Koné. It's so soft but quite large and I can fit a surprising amount of things inside. It comes with a long strap or big handles for carrying. She makes the most beautiful thing.

Also, this little tote from Lotta Agaton's shop is another bag I'm bringing to keeping some things separated and super light weight. Plus, we love Lotta!

For those long place rides we always pack our Urbanears. They're comfortable enough to fall asleep in and don't fall out like those little ones.

A couple pair of shoes that I'm excited to bring are these Cheap Monday heels that are comfortable and easy to walk in.
The boots are by Jeffrey Campbell and have a low heel, also ideal for lots of walking.

And lastly, a big scarf is always a good idea for travel. It is large and heavy enough to do double duty as a blanket in the place as well. This one is by Dusen Dusen and I like the simple pattern.

Watch our for part II of this packing series along with several more about our accommodations and travel!

  16. I hope you enjoy your trip. I really want to go to Austria or Sweden (I have many friends there and in Finland as well). My family and I choose a new country every year to travel to but this past year we were not able to go bc were in the midst of opening a bagel shop/cafe so my husband could not leave it :( BUT I can not wait to hear all about your trip and the pictures of course.

  19. I love the shape and texture of the fabric of the Cheap Monday pumps. Please do some outfit posts to show how you wear them and what you wear them with. I am a bit on the fence, so some outfit posts would help me with creating silhouettes.

    1. Thank you! We just arrived in Copenhagen today. You can check my Instagram for more updates. I can't remember the name of the neighborhood but it's a house about 20 minutes from the city center. :)
