Made some marshmallows from scratch using this recipe. Mine didn't turn out quite so airy because I couldn't find my candy thermometer but I got close and they still turned out fluffy and soft.

ReplyDeleteAs a bridal shower gift, my besties and I went to a homemade s'mores cooking class - I remember the marshmallows being a bit tough to make, but tasting VERY good! Yours turned out much neater than mine did!
ReplyDeleteCrumbs - I never thought of making marshmallow - I always think of them as factory made fodder.
