For those of you who are experts at sewing, this is a breeze.
For those who have never sewn before, here's a perfect introduction!
I used two 4"x4" pieces of fabric, printed sides in.
Pin in place.
Stitch 1/2" seam around 3 sides.
Stitch 3/4 of the way across the 4th side, backstitch.
Then turn inside out, using a bone folder, if you have
one, to get the corners.
Stuff with batting.
Slip stitch the open corner.
Easy, right?
If anyone happens to make one/some of these, please email photos!

cute tutorial! i am not a sewer but have been wanting to start. my friend gave me her ancient sewing machine & it has been sitting in the corner of our living room for half a year, untouched!! maybe, just maybe, i will give it a go with this one...

ReplyDeleteVery cute, J!
ReplyDeleteCute! I always think about making one-but the silly old strawberry I use was my Grandmas (she passed when I was 3, supposedly I am a lot like her) so I can't bring myself to switch up...I love knowing her hands held the strawberry as she crafted projects.
