follow up: recipe

I suppose I should have just included this in my last post, but
since you all asked, I'll give it to you.
I did make this up yesterday morning so I have to think real
hard about what I did, goes something like this:

I bought a frozen, pre-made pie shell, because I cut corners when possible
I beat 1 8 oz package of cream cheese with 3/4 cp half & half, then added
4 or 5 eggs-let's say 4, beat again
to that mixture I added a handful of roughly chopped basil, a handful of
cooked, diced bacon and then grated half a block of parmesan cheese-I'm guessing
about 1/2 cp and a bit of s & p. I beat that all together for about 30 sec and
poured it into the pie shell
the entire thing into oven @ 350 for about 20 mins
remove to top with tomatoes and back into the oven for another 15-20 mins
I grated a little more parmesan on top before serving

All in all the whole thing, from start to finish was less than 1 hr
