I'm so excited!!!

For those of you who have been following my little blog, you know what a big fan of Built by Wendy...she's a great designer & teamed up with Simplicity to do a line of patterns {which I have ALL of them!} & has also put out some great user-friendly sewing books. Just released is her latest book {pictured above} & I can't wait to go get it! She puts out such great, clean designs & I really enjoy her Sew U stuff! Anyways, check it out...

My Garden...

This print series is so great! I love these colors, made as a limited edition print with limited quantities & the print came as a result of the artist's first real garden. I'd say...she should plant some more!

Lisa Bengtsson wallpaper...

I really think this wallpaper by Swedish designer Lisa Bengtsson is fun! She designed it to look like realistic frames, with texture & dimension- intending to add a modern touch to vintage times. Her collection also includes a b&w wallpaper for shoe lovers, equally as fun! I'd say she's on the right track!

I have to share the excitement!...

I, like many I know, am addicted to Target...you can't beat their low prices + good, strong design.
Well, I knew they were coming out with their very own version of Go International {I saw a preview in this month's Lucky!} & I had been anxiously awaiting its arrival...it's HERE!

I'm absolutely thrilled to see how great their private label is-a bit retro with colorblock dresses-modern with satin rompers-and feminine with blousy tops with ruffle accents!

I already bought a few pieces { the orange blouse, blue one shoulder dress & another, a lovely painterly silk top...not pictured} & I think it's safe to say that is is my FAVORITE version by far!

Found these pics @ Target...

Etsy show

Last night my husband & I stopped by a local Etsy show downtown. It's always exciting to see sellers' products up close { & in real life instead of the web} where you can taste & touch things. With so many wonderful goodies, I decided on this necklace from pheartsb & I love it. She makes these beautiful pendants from recycled plastic & each is unique.
